How does a Defect work?
Introduction
The Defect generic resource is used to record errors in the characteristics of an item, process, or organizational procedure. This feature belongs to the Process, FMEA, SPC, Supply, PDM, and Maintenance components.
This resource is used to map errors and problems for better understanding. With this feature, the manager can take action to avoid or mitigate the problem and improve the organization.
